How much is delivery?

UK Mainland.
48hr service via Royal Mail.  £2.99.  

If your order is over £30 you will receive FREE Standard 48hr Shipping.

· UK Mainland (Excluding London Congestion Charge) £2.99

· UK Mainland (Congestion Charge Area) £2.99

· UK Next Working Day Delivery (Orders placed before 3:30pm)

· Note: Friday orders after 3:30pm will not be despatched until Monday. £5.99

Highlands & Offshore UK.
For items being delivered to the Highlands and Offshore regions of the UK, we use Royal Mail 48hr tracked service, our postage charges are:

Delivery timeframes

Standard Delivery:

Our standard deliveries usually arrive within 2–3 working days.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 days of placing it, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our friendly Customer Care team at order@elivalondon.co.uk—we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

Next Day Delivery:

For those in a hurry, we recommend selecting Next Day Delivery at checkout. Simply place your order before 3:30 PM, and we’ll ensure it’s dispatched for delivery the very next day. 

Payment

We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. Our order processing system initiates picking and packing immediately after the 'Pay Now' button is clicked, making it impossible to modify or halt an order once processing has begun.

Should you wish to reject the parcel upon delivery, the courier will return it to us. Please notify us via email if you choose this option so we can facilitate your refund or exchange, or contact us for alternative return instructions.

We can process payments from MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards, and PayPal.

All prices on our website are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. Prices quoted over the phone may differ from those shown on our website. Read our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Eliva London applies the highest business security standards, adopting https pages (secure and encrypted pages) where necessary. We recognise the importance of security regarding credit card information you send us over the Internet, and we take all the necessary precautions to protect our customers' personal information and to store it securely. We check your payment card when we receive your order. Payment is deducted when the order is dispatched. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point of the final page of our ordering process. Sensitive information that is transmitted to us online is encrypted and transmitted to us securely. In addition, access to all of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Refunds & Returns

AEliva London we have a 15 day returns policy. This means you can get a full refund on any products returned within 15 days of delivery that are fully sealed.
This applies to all products which are purchased through this website. To get your refund you must notify us by letter or email.

Please note that you are liable for the delivery costs of returning the item to us. Please send any request for withdrawal, with your details, to the following address:

Please clearly mark for the attention of Eliva London on the outside of the package and also include your order number and name within the parcel. Please contact our customer service team to advise that you wish to return any items prior to shipping them.

If the withdrawal is made in the above manner, the purchase contract for the item is cancelled and we shall refund your money within 15 days from your notice. The only exception would be if you have used the item excessively or improperly, i.e. not just tested if it is right for the intended purposes; in such a case you have to pay the loss value of the item and the shipping costs.

We will give you a full refund of the return charge, if you had to return the goods because of our mistake. These terms do not affect your legal statutory rights.
