Refunds & Returns

At Eliva London we have a 15 day returns policy. This means you can get a full refund on any products returned within 15 days of delivery that are fully sealed.
This applies to all products which are purchased through this website. To get your refund you must notify us by letter or email.

Please note that you are liable for the delivery costs of returning the item to us. Please send any request for withdrawal, with your details, to the following address:

Please clearly mark for the attention of Eliva London on the outside of the package and also include your order number and name within the parcel. Please contact our customer service team to advise that you wish to return any items prior to shipping them.

If the withdrawal is made in the above manner, the purchase contract for the item is cancelled and we shall refund your money within 15 days from your notice. The only exception would be if you have used the item excessively or improperly, i.e. not just tested if it is right for the intended purposes; in such a case you have to pay the loss value of the item and the shipping costs.

We will give you a full refund of the return charge, if you had to return the goods because of our mistake. These terms do not affect your legal statutory rights. 

Cancellations

PLEASE NOTE:We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. Our order processing system initiates picking and packing immediately after the ‘Pay Now’ button is clicked, making it impossible to modify or halt an order once processing has begun.
Should you wish to reject the parcel upon delivery, the courier will return it to us. Please notify us via email if you choose this option so we can facilitate your refund or exchange, or contact us for alternative return instructions.
